| In June of this year, I called David to oversee the sale of my parents home. They were ready to retire and wanted to move to the South to be with extended family. | In my case I was trying to sell my housse in Lawrence. David stepped up to the plate with a very short notice and actually had a for sell sign in my yard after just 2 days of talking to him. He knew I had been burnt by another realtor previously and wanted to get the process going so we wouldn't miss a critcal time to sell. He came over and got the paperwork signed, the pictures of the house, and within 2 days we had a call on the hosue to schedule a showing. He has been very professional and understanding of my needs. If you don't reach him right away he's quick to calll you back. I definetly recommend David if you are looking to sell. | ||
